Just realised that only a couple of these ever made the light of day so people might not have seen them. As I had a VIP photo booth setup for the organisers Fighters Inc I thought I would take advantage of Femi Billyrose and others from Muscleworks Gym who had just finished a stage routine opposite me. Femi Billyrose WBFF Pro 3D Muscle Workout at Muscleworks Gym

As I'm based in Shoreditch I had been looking to shoot at Muscleworks for some time. Me and Femi have done a couple of studio shoots over the years and had met a few months before at the Combat and Strength Show where Muscleworks Gym were doing a stage show. The shoot itself took 40 minutes and Jeff 'Fitness Videos' was on hand to shoot video at the same time.
